Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom / Online  Training

 

Classroom/Distance programs are only Cancel & refundable 100% (with excluded payment gateway charges & GST) if refund raised 15  days prior training/Classes the commencement. 7  days prior to training/classes commencement, You will be eligible only for 50 % refund . Once our training courses commence, we won’t be able to refund any amount. If In case Training Institute cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate

 

Stock Market Academy  reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force mature events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

 

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 5   working days for the credit to appear in your account.  If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 2 days

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us your details( order Id, Name, Phone No), including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
